1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Zanera (the website at zanera.net and the associated game server), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register an account or use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone you choose to share your credentials with. Zanera staff will never ask for your password.

You agree to provide an accurate, currently reachable email address. It is used for account security, essential service communications (such as password resets), and, if you opt in, our newsletter.

3. Property

All characters, accounts, virtual items, currency, progress, and other game-related data remain the property of Zanera. Players are granted a limited right to access and use this content while participating in the game. Terms such as "your character" or "your items" describe access only and do not grant legal ownership.

Zanera may modify, remove, restrict, or revoke access to any character, item, account, or other game data at any time, particularly when the Terms of Use or Game Rules are violated.

Zanera is not responsible for disputes or losses resulting from account sharing, unauthorised trading, scams, compromised accounts, or disclosed credentials.

Players are solely responsible for protecting their accounts, passwords, recovery information, and registered email addresses.

4. Game Rules

Users must follow the Zanera Rules whenever they access the game, website, or related services. The current rules are published on the official Zanera website.

Zanera may temporarily or permanently suspend access to its services when a user violates one or more rules. The Zanera Rules may be updated at any time. For violations involving cheating, automation, client manipulation, or other methods of gaining an unfair advantage, Zanera may withhold specific details about how or when the violation was detected. This prevents detection methods from being analysed or bypassed.

In cases of cheating or other serious violations, punishment may be extended to all accounts used, controlled, or accessed by the offender.

5. Fees

Premium purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Zanera does not receive or store your payment card details. Purchases grant premium time or related in-game benefits tied to your account and are delivered automatically upon successful payment.

All fees for paid Zanera services must be paid in advance. Current prices are displayed on the official Zanera website.

Because premium purchases are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, they are non-refundable, either in full or in part, once activated, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us through our official channels.

Zanera may change its prices, payment methods, or billing terms at any time. Any price changes will apply only to purchases made after the updated prices have been announced.

6. Warranty

Zanera's game, website, software, and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of these services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Zanera does not guarantee that the services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, technical issues, software errors, data loss, or service interruptions.

Zanera may modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue any part of the game or its services at any time. No compensation will be provided for direct or indirect losses, including lost progress, items, information, revenue, or profits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the official Zanera website or other official communication channels. Continued use of Zanera after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
