| Character & account data | Character names, in-game activity, statistics, and progression, needed to operate the game and enforce our Rules. |
| IP address | Logged for account security, abuse prevention, and enforcement of the multi-client and cheating-related Rules. |
| Session cookie | A single essential cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. |
| Payment information | Handled entirely by Stripe. Zanera never receives or stores your card details. |
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to: create and maintain your account; authenticate your login sessions; operate, secure, and improve the game and website; detect and act on violations of our Rules; send you necessary service emails; send you our newsletter if you have opted in; and process premium purchases. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
4. Third-Party Services
We share the minimum necessary data with a small number of trusted service providers who process it on our behalf:

This provider is only permitted to use your data to perform services for us and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain limited records (such as an email or IP address) to enforce bans and prevent ban evasion, or where retention is required by law.
